The hotel is in a great location, close to Gran Via but tucked away in a small alley, which means it's convenient and quiet. The room was very clean and tidy, with comfortable twin beds. We loved having a balcony with a view of a small square downstairs. It felt extra safe with a police station right in front. The receptionist, Baba, was helpful and smart.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Madrid that left a lasting impression. the location of this hotel was superb – situated on Plaza del Luna just north of Callao metro, it was within walking distance to a lot of Madrid's famous tourist attractions. Secondly, the rooms were a pleasant surprise. Not only were they well-maintained and clean, but they also had a separate "cupboard" with a whirlpool bath, which was a luxurious touch. Additionally, the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. Lastly, the breakfast was a delight. With a variety of options available, it was a great way to start the day.
All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

It is just a short walk to the Callao metro station and within walking distance to several tourist spots. The rooms are modern and clean, with comfortable beds and nice furnishings. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.
